Winstanley purchases CT and MA properties

1111 Southampton Road, Westfield MA

Winstanley Enterprises, LLC has purchased ten commercial properties throughout northern Connecticut and southern Massachusetts. The properties were acquired from Hackman Capital for a total of $124M. Winstanley’s acquisition includes the following:

74 Griffin Road South, Bloomfield CT – 450,000 SF lumber warehouse fully leased to Home Depot

99 Print Shop Road, Enfield CT – 75,000 SF medical manufacturing building fully leased to Cirtec Medical

100 Print Shop Road, Enfield CT – 600,000 SF distribution facility fully leased to Lego and Coca-Cola Bottling

555 Taylor Road, Enfield CT – 100,000 SF – U.S. headquarters of Lego

561 Taylor Road, Enfield CT – 8,000 SF former Lego daycare facility – currently leased to a third party

300 Shaker Road, Enfield CT – 500,000 SF – Northeast distribution facility of Advanced Auto Parts

85 Moosup Pond, Plainfield CT – 530,000 SF distribution facility – currently vacant

1040 Sheridan Street, Chicopee MA – 65,000 SF industrial facility fully leased to MedPlast

1045 Sheridan Street, Chicopee MA – 65,000 SF distribution center fully leased to Friendly’s

1111 Southampton Road, Westfield MA – 600,000 SF distribution facility fully leased to Hollingsworth Logistics Group
