Winstanley Purchases 460K SF in South Windsor CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Winstanley Enterprises has purchased the following properties from Scannel Properties for $44M:

135 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor CT – 292,000 SF – occupied by Mobis Parts of America

175 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor CT – 168,000 SF – occupied by Performance Food Group, Inc.

Both properties will continue to operate as is with Winstanley as the new landlord.
