Windsor industrial complex sold for $57M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Indianna based Scannell Properties sold two buildings in a Windsor industrial complex. The properties located at 1190 Kennedy Rd & 451 Hayden Station Rd were sold to Northbridge Partners LLC for $57 million. Combined, the buildings total 491,810 SF and sit on 40.8 acres. Per the article, the space “…features 32-foot-high indoor clearance, 23 loading areas, parking for 146 vehicles and modern lighting and fire suppression systems.”
