West Hartford Lock Expands in CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, West Hartford Lock Company, LLC has purchased 11 Sherman Street, West Hartford from South Meadows No. 9, LLC. The 10,365 SF industrial facility on 0.73 acres sold for $650,000. West Hartford Lock is in the process of renovating the building. Once complete, the company will relocate from 2,900 SF at 360 Prospect Avenue, Hartford.
