Warehouse Complex Proposed in Rocky Hill

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a Cheshire based developer has proposed a four building warehouse complex in Rocky Hill that would total 120,000 SF. The new complex would be located across three parcels at 553, 565 and 595 Brook St. Per the article, the project “…would require a zone change from office park to business park.”
