Wallingford CT industrial sale

Vernon II CT LLC purchased 53 North Plains Industrial Road,
Wallingford, CT from Brown University.  This 44,426 SF industrial
facility located just off Routes 5 and 15 sold for $787,500.  The
building will be occupied by E-J Electric Installation Company.
