USPS sells Chicopee MA DC

The United States Postal Service recently sold its Chicopee MA distribution center located at 123 First Avenue. The 50,000 square foot, single story facility recently sold to JMDH Real Estate of Chicopee for $2,900,000 ($58 psf). JMDH’s plans for the new facility are unconfirmed.
