UNH purchases Hubbell HQ

The University of New Haven has recently purchased the former Hubbell Inc. world headquarters for its new graduate campus. The 70,000 square foot, 46 acre property located at 584 Derby Milford Road in Orange CT reportedly sold for $3.3 million.
