TW Metals Expands in Agawam MA

According to the New England Real Estate Journal, Pennsylvania-based TW Metals, Inc. has leased 65,000 SF at 320 Bowles Road, Agawam. The 129,500 SF industrial building on 15 acres was purchased last month by Agawam 320 TGCI, LLC for $5.025M.
