Trader Joe’s East purchases land in Bloomfield CT

Traders Joe’s East, Inc. has completed the acquisition of 66
acres in Bloomfield CT. Trader Joe’s East will reportedly build a total of three
buildings consisting of 790,000 square feet on the 66 acre tract. River Bend Development sold the land for $10,000,290.
