Three Warehouses Sell for $16.4 Million in Windsor, CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, The Real Group II, a Windsor-based LLC has sold three warehouse properties to Wilton Motiva Associates, LLC for $16.4 million.

The three properties include, 50 Great Pond Drive with 40,800 SF on 4.5 acres, 620 Pigeon Hill Road with 79,800 SF on 10.9 acres and 235 Addison Road with 26,700 SF on 4.2 acres. Addison Road also includes a separate 7,200 SF office/warehouse building.
