The Granite City expands in CT

The Granite City has purchased 22 Rumsey Road, East Hartford, CT for $290,000. The East Windsor based countertop manufacturing and installation company expanded its operations in Connecticut with the purchase of this 29,900 square foot high bay industrial facility.    

Hart Group International, a collaborative effort of Hartford, CT based Sentry Commercial and Southampton, PA Hart Corporation, represented the seller, New Boston EH LLC, in this transaction.
