Tenants Renew Office Leases in Hartford, CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, three tenants at 100 Pearl Street, Hartford CT have renewed their office leases to remain in the city. These include, Regus, who has agreed to a seven-year lease renewal of its 15,000 SF location, Liberty Bank, who has expanded its occupancy to 6,690 SF and law firm, Brown Paindiris & Scott, who have relocated and expanded in the building to occupy 4,572 SF.

These lease renewals come during a time when Hartford’s office market faces uncertainty coming out of the pandemic.
