STIHL to expand in CT

STIHL, Inc. has purchased 24 acres in the Patriot Business Park on Patriot Way in Oxford CT for $1.71M from 589 Investments, LLC . The German-based outdoor power tool company plans to relocate from Shelton, CT once construction of the new 120,000 SF Northeast distribution center is complete.
