State of CT agrees to purchase former Sams Club property in Manchester CT

According to the Hartford Courant, the State of CT has agreed to the purchase of the former Sam’s Club property located at 69 Pavilion Drive, Manchester CT for $6.8M.  The 138,000 square foot facility will be used to store PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). The State of CT presently stores that equipment in a facility in New Britain CT.  The state’s Bond Commission has approved the purchase.
