      265 Main Street, Agawam MA

The Southworth Paper Company is in the process of completing the following transactions after filing for bankruptcy in August, 2017:

265 Main Street, Agawam:  145,000 SF on 21.70 acres sold to unnamed investors from Adams, MA for $1.88M.

36 Canal Street, Turners Falls:  140,000 SF on 1.40 acres sold to SBD Greentech for $4M.
