South Windsor CT Investment Portfolio Sells for $39.5M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a portfolio of five South Windsor CT properties has been sold to AR Global Investments, a New York realty investor, for $39.5M. The properties include 125 Ellington Road (pictured above), 151 & 161 Ellington Road and 250 & 306 Burnham Street. The seller, WIM CORE PORTFOLIO OWNER, LLC, purchased the portfolio in 2017 for $36.4M.
