South Windsor CT Approves 1-Year Moratorium on Warehouses, Distribution Centers and Freight Terminals

According to the Hartford Business Journal, the Department of Planning and Zoning in South Windsor CT has unanimously approved a year-long moratorium on the acceptance of all new applications for warehouses, distributions centers and freight terminals.

The town of South Windsor has added seven new distribution centers and warehouses since 2009.
