SIOR Commercial RE Index shows slight improvement.

You probably need to read between the lines to actually FIND the slight improvement BUT the most recent SIOR Commercial Real Estate Index does show expected improvement! Especially in the northeast. And while we have all gone through some tough times here in the northeast, it does appear that we are starting to find the bottom of this slide. That said, this has been a deep slide and we are all trying to figure out how long it will take to dig back out. Recent snow storms and concerns about collapsing roofs hasn’t helped that recovery and may have actually pushed us back a bit.
