Simmons renews in Agawam MA

Georgia based Simmons Manufacturing Co, LLC has
renewed its 48,960 SF lease at 101 Almgren Drive,
Agawam MA. Simmons, which has existing operations in the Agawam Regional
Industrial Park, uses the space for raw material warehouse and storage. The
space has approximately 2,500 square feet of office space as well
as 24’ – 28’ clear height in its warehouse. 101 Almgren Drive is
owned by California based Four Cities Partners Ltd and master leased (and
substantially occupied) by Seattle, Washington based Vaupell Holdings, Inc.   

Hart Group International, a collaborative effort
of Hartford, CT based Sentry Commercial and Southampton, PA Hart Corporation, was the
sole broker in this transaction.
