Shelbourne acquires 326K SF in Hartford CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Shelbourne has purchased 3580 Main Street, Hartford CT from 3580 Main Street LLC for $4.3M. The former Fuller Brush Company property consists of ten building totaling 326,000 SF on 12.5 acres. Shelbourne plans to upgrade the complex and its property management in an effort to connect Hartford’s North End with downtown.
