ServPro expands in Bloomfield CT

Sentry Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of 100 Peters Road,
Bloomfield.  This 53,416 SF  industrial facility on 7.16
acres was purchased by ServPro Industries, Inc. from Mr. Bloomfield LLC for
$500,000.  The purchase represents a significant expansion for
the cleanup and restoration company.  ServPro will relocate its existing operations on Barber Pond
Road, Bloomfield to the new location.

Sentry Commercial was the sole
broker in this transaction.
