Refrigerated Warehouse Sells for $71.6 Million in Rocky Hill, CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Burris Logistics, a Delaware-based company sold 490 Brook Street, Rocky Hill CT to BJ’s Wholesale Club for $71.6 million. The 236,967 SF warehouse on 92.6 acres was part of a four-property portfolio sale that included refrigerated warehouses in Florida, Maryland and Kentucky.
