Prologis predicts warehouse upswing.

Echoing a recent CoStar opinion, Prologis, the world’s largest warehouse developer, has recently released a report predicting warehouse space consumption will accelerate throughout 2012. Prologis predicts 2012 demand will exceed warehouse demand prior to late 2007. Worldwide, Prologis predicts 125 to 165 million square feet of net absorption in 2011 and 400 million square feet in 2012.
