PAS purchases 8K SF in South Windsor CT

PAS Technologies, Inc. has purchased 41 Commerce
Way, South Windsor CT from Fred B. Cuda, Trustee. The OEM and MRO
application and component provider has occupied the 8,400 SF industrial
facility on 1.3 acres since 2016. PAS exercised its right to purchase
the building for $475,000.
