Oventrop expands in East Granby CT

Oventrop Corporation has signed a lease renewal/expansion for 12,240 SF at 29 Kripes Road, East Granby. The German based valve manufacturing company has occupied space in the 48,480 SF multi-tenant Airport Business facility since 2006.

Sentry Commercial represented Oventrop and the landlord, 29 Kripes Road Associates, LLC, in this transaction.
