OshKosh Truck renews in East Granby CT

Wisconsin based, OshKosh Truck Corp., has recently signed a long term lease renewal at 35 Nicholson Road, East Granby CT. The commercial and military truck manufacturer has been located at this 21,200 square foot, free standing facility since 1998.  The landlord, B&B Parallel East Granby LLC, has owned the property since 2007.
