O’Shea Getz PC expands to CT

Springfield MA based O’Shea Getz P.C. has expanded to Farmington CT. O’Shea Getz recently signed a long term lease with Waterside Ten, LLC for 2,124 square feet of office space at 10 Waterside Drive, Farmington CT. The intellectual property law firm plans to open its new office in early January.

Hartford CT based Sentry Commercial represented O’Shea Getz P.C. and Colliers International represented the landlord in this transaction.
