OPM expands in South Windsor CT

Oxford Performance Materials, Inc. has leased an additional 18,000 SF at 30
South Satellite Road, South Windsor, CT.  The 61,000 SF industrial
facility on 6.85 acres is owned by AHS Realty 1, LLC.

Sentry Commercial was the sole broker in the transaction.
