Nixon Uniform expands to East Hartford CT

Delaware-based Nixon Uniform Service, Inc., has purchased 71 George Street, East Hartford, CT for $2,475,000. The business-to-business textile management service company, with locations in Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Virginia, expands its operations in Connecticut with the purchase of this 53,325 square foot high bay distribution facility.  

Hart Group International, a collaborative effort of Hartford, CT based Sentry Commercial and Southampton, PA Hart Corporation, represented the seller, New Boston EH LLC, in this transaction.
