New expansion planned for Windsor’s Baker Hollow Logistics Center

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Codnye Capital Partners, who recently built a 165,625 SF facility as part of the Baker Hollow Logistics Center, recently came to an agreement to purchase the neighboring 20.6-acre property at 205 Baker Hollow Rd. The addition will boast a 185,600 SF facility and, per the article, “…will feature 32-foot clear heights, 36 dock doors, one drive-in door and 45 trailer parking spaces, with an option to add an additional 58 trailer spots.”
