New 500K SF Facility in Plainville CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Netherlands-based Ahold Delhaize will construct a new 500,000 SF cold-storage facility at 34 Northwest Drive, Plainville CT. The expansion of Stop & Shop’s parent company is expected to be completed by the 4th Q of 2022 and the new warehouse will bring up to 200 new jobs to the area.
