Mohawk Fine Papers tax break approved
The Town of South Hadley MA has recently approved a five year tax abatement for New York based manufacturer Mohawk Fine Papers, Inc. The approval of the stepped abatement program likely paves the way for Mohawk to move forward on a 110,000 square foot lease at the former Intelicoat facility, located at 28 Gaylord Street.
