Middletown warehouse sold for $1.1M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a 14,000 SF warehouse located at 60 Trigo Dr. in Middletown, sold for $1.1M. The owner, Trigo Realty LLC, sold the property that sits on 2.7 acres and offers expansion potential. Per the article, “The main building contains 11,000 square feet of warehouse space with 22-foot ceilings, two loading docks with levelers, a mezzanine for heavy storage, plus 3,000 square feet of office space.”
