MicroCare Renews in New Britain CT

Sentry Commercial is pleased to announce that MicroCare Corporation has renewed its lease at 80 Production Court, New Britain CT. The CT based corporation formulates and blends cleaning, coating and lubricating fluids used in the manufacture and installation of products in the electronics, medical device, fiber optic and metal finishing industries. MicroCare has occupied the 14,600 SF industrial facility on 2.1 acres since 2016. The building is owned by Knaus Properties.
