Meriden’s Miller Co. building sold for $4.8M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, 99 Center St., and 275 Pratt St., in Meriden, was purchased by Jin CT 275 for $4.8M from The Miller Company.  The building is approx. 177,000 SF, and sits on nearly 20 acres. Per the article, the industrial building will likely operate as a manufacturing facility.
