New Jersey-based Mark IV Transportation & Logistics has leased 36,100 SF at 718 North Colony Road, Wallingford CT. The 309,000 SF industrial facility on 34 acres is owned by Wallingford Business Park, LLC.

Reno Properties represented the landlord in this transaction. Tenant representation is unknown as of this release.
