Manchester property sells for $3.25M
According to the Hartford Business Journal, 101 Hale Rd. in Manchester was recently sold by Avon- based Sard Realty I LLC to SRG2 Partners LLC for $3.25M. The 21,764 SF retail building sits on 2.2 acres of land and was previously part of a larger retail plaza.
