Logan buys former Atlas facility in Meriden

Logan Steel has purchased 119 Empire Avenue, Meriden, CT for $1.2M.  The company will consolidate the operations of its four locations across Meriden and Wallingford into this 166,330 SF industrial facility on 12.4 acres.

Binswanger was the sole broker in this transaction.
