#InTheNews – Capital Community College (CCC) is considering moving into a new downtown Hartford campus.

Sentry Commercial’s office broker, Larry Levere, SIOR, was able to share his insight with Hartford Business Journal, “I think residents and students are critical to the vibrancy of downtown Hartford, so I am hoping that every effort will be made to keep CCC downtown.” He believes Capital Community College has numerous options downtown depending on what path they choose.
