Koma expands in Windsor CT

Koma Precision, Inc. has leased 5,900 SF at 472-496 Hayden Station
Road, Windsor CT.  The 48,000 SF multi-tenant industrial facility on 3.57
acres is owned by Makerspace 480, LLC.  Koma, a machine tool accessory distribution and service company, will utilize the space for additional warehousing. 

Sentry Commercial represented the tenant and Colliers
International represented the landlord in this transaction.
