Kittredge expands in Agawam MA

Kittredge Equipment, Inc. has purchased 275 Silver
Street, Agawam from SFM Realty Partnership for $835,000. 
The food service equipment and supply company will expand into 20,000 SF of the 35,500
SF industrial facility.  Bay State Elevator currently occupies 15,500 square feet at
the property.
