Investors Purchase Two Office Buildings in Wethersfield CT for $2.3 Million

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Wethersfield Holdings LLC has sold 449 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield CT to ADC Holdings NE LLC. The 18,756 SF office building sold for $1,000,000.

ADC Holdings NE LLC, the Rhode Island-based investor, has also purchased 415 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield CT from Sponzo & Associates LLC. The 19,440 SF office building sold for $1,300,000.
