Investors Purchase Four Warehouses in East Granby CT for $6.2 Million

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Wiehl Holdings II LLC, a Stratford-based LLC has sold four warehouses to Bradley Park Property Owner, LLC for $6.2 million.

The four properties include a total of 154,000 SF of industrial space on 8.6 acres, located at 7-17 Bradley Park Drive, Bloomfield CT.
