Investors Purchase Former Theis Precision Steel Site in Bristol, CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, the former Theis Precision Steel site located in Bristol, CT has been purchased by two separate investors. A New York Real Estate development and construction firm has purchased the 3-building parcel at 300 Broad Street for $1,000,000. They are planning to renovate the space and lease to new tenants.

Last year, Combined Metals, a Chicago based manufacturer, purchased the adjacent property, 340 Broad Street, for $350,000. Combined Metals plans to expand their steel processing and distribution at the facility.

300 Broad Street and 340 Broad Street together total 300,000 SF of industrial space on 24.85 acres.
