Investors purchase Branford CT facility
20 Thompson Road, Branford, CT has been sold to an investment group. This 85,000 SF light industrial/flex facility on 11.2 acres sold for $4,007,000. The seller, Brady Corporation, will lease back 20,000 SF of Class B office space in the building.
