Investment sale in East Granby CT

Correction:

29 Kripes Road Associates, LLC has purchased 25-27
and 29 Kripes Road, East Granby from Airport Business Center III LP. The 65,691 SF multi-tenant industrial complex on 8.34 acres
sold for $3,879,680. The property is a portion of Airport Business
Center, a five building industrial park developed by the seller beginning in
1984.

Sentry Commercial was the sole broker in this
transaction.
