Investment Purchase in Manchester CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Davis Medical Investors LLC has purchased 360 Tolland Turnpike, Manchester CT from Tolland Turnpike Associates, LP. The 43,790 SF office building, known as the EastPoint Business Center, sold for $8.9M. The Minneapolis-based healthcare real estate investment firm hopes “…to acquire many more properties in the near future”.
