Industrial sale in East Longmeadow MA

Garden Park LLC has recently purchased 35 Industrial Drive, East Longmeadow MA, from Kimball Brothers Realty, LLP.  The 125,000 square foot warehouse/manufacturing facility sold for $2,050,000. Garden Park will reportedly utilize a portion of the facility for its warehouse needs. Plastipak Packaging, Inc., who presently leases 65,000 square feet, will remain in the facility.  

Hart Group International, a collaborative effort of Hartford, CT based Sentry Commercial and Southampton, PA Hart Corporation, represented Garden Park LLC in this transaction.
