Industrial markets maintain but flat

The CT and Western MA chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) recently released its first half of 2013 market report and the results show the markets have maintained, but have not significantly improved upon, its gains in the past 12 months. Most SIOR CT members report that overall activity remains below historic averages and nearly half (44%) don’t see that changing in the next six months. The good news? Most members also believe the markets will not slide in the next six months with sales prices, lease rates and vacancy rates holding steady.
